Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only in cases of service non-delivery due to our fault.

  • No refund shall be provided for services already rendered or processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of booking a service.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to support@finestcpl.com.

  • Processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
